AI translator is translating placeholder names #3333

Describe the bug
When user adds unclear ICU placeholders in text. AI translator sometimes translate them.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Translations view
- Create key with English translation "{cup}-{city}-tickets"
- Open translation tools for Mexican Spanish
- See that placeholders are translated.
*It's not 100% probabilty that this will happen. AI is not so predictable.
Expected behavior
It keeps the placeholders untranslated.
