Now it's unfortunately lacking a micro-/nano- second option, as per https://github.com/fluent/fluentd/wiki/Forward-Protocol-Specification-v1
I believe it is a small change somewhere https://github.com/tkyshm/efluentc/blob/master/src/efluentc_client.erl#L250 here, which will be greatly appreciated.
