Enable vertical Page-Scrolling

I found solution on this #78
By the way, you should edit kinetic plugin file by commenting e.preventDefault(); line.

touchMove: function (e){
       var touch;
       if (self.mouseDown){
         touch = e.originalEvent.touches[0];
         self._inputmove(touch.clientX, touch.clientY);
         if (e.preventDefault){
           // e.preventDefault();
         }
       }
     }
