Matching algorithm for other purposes

Thanks so much for making this awesome tool.

I have two questions:

1. Can you use the Neuromatch algorithm more generally, outside of its original intent of paper-reviewer-matcher? I would be interested in doing a matching of users to a database of options in a different context. Is that possible and what would be the best way to get started?

2. What's the licensing like? Can the algorithm be used in a commercial setting?
