Fallback image reused from previous call if multiple call to image load within a fraction of second has been made

If i want to add images to multiple imageview with different fallback image ,than it reusing previous fallback image, to overcome this i must provide some delay than everything works fine.
it should function without providing any delay.

This Issue may be related to fallback reference that may be shared with multiple threads and not cleared instantly
