Stuck balls are a normal part of pinball gameplay and don't indicate a machine issue. Players (especially newer ones) sometimes report stuck balls as problems, which creates noise for the team.
Request
Add guidance text in the report form to help users understand what kinds of issues are worth reporting. Specifically:
- Add a note or helper text near the description field explaining that stuck balls are not typically a machine issue
- Consider a brief "What to report" / "What not to report" callout
- Keep it friendly and non-dismissive — we still want people to report real problems
