Description
Temp basal doses are tracked in PyLoopKit using rate information. Because pumps deliver pulses at different schedules, rate information itself is not enough to determine actual delivery.
The code should look at deliveredUnits in the doses in issue report information, to see if Loop already determined specific delivery for a given dose, and use that.
