Update from 4.0.18 to 4.1.1 error

With the introduction of version 4.1.x, I attempted to perform an update from version 4.0.18 to 4.1.1.

I transferred the entire folder "Content" to the new environment. Initially, I received a server error, but I was able to resolve this by transferring the .htaccess file from the old environment to the new environment.
When starting the update, I received the error message below.

Can you help me to resolve this error message?

Thank you very much for your quick response. The solution resolves the update problem. However, after a successful update, I receive the following error message when I try to open the submenus in the administrator section.
