Hide Accordion on token details #257

hey there my dear! Have a task for you guys! We won't be launching the Directory with the expanding section on the token details slide out as the backend won't be ready in time. can you please add some code toggle to disable/enable that section so that once the backend is ready, we can just flip it back on?
AC:
- Add a boolean that can be used to show or hide the accordion (also the chevron) on the token details page
- Add this Boolean at the top of the component or page, so that also Grace can change it if required
- Ensure the Page still shows correctly even if the data expected in the accordion are NOT passed and are undefined (fail safe)
