404 issue

Hope all is well, we know that there is a troubleshooting guide on 404 permalinks, however, it doesn't seem to work on our side.

We tried installing the plugin that might help us to fix the issue, but it resulted to another issue, please refer to this quick video explaining the issue that we're having
