repository urls not accessible, cannot build the module

I would like to build the module for netbeans 12.2 so that it may run on apple Mac Big-Sur.
However, the repositories mentioned in the pom file are not accessible.

In particular the url http://maven.testmycode.net/nexus/content/groups/public is not.
