[Feature request]: Allow to fetch app for specific build number

Summary

Currently the /api/v1/apps/{package} endpoint seems to return the aggregated ratings of the app for all build numbers (version code). A query parameter to request the aggregated ratings for a specific build number (version code) will be useful to show the details about a specific version.

This would be useful for example in Aurora Store to show ratings for a specific version as to whether that version works well or not compared to the aggregate ratings which can show that the app is working well while the latest version actually doesn't.
