Occasionally flaky hook #14
Description
The hook sometimes comes back with a weird error:
husky > pre-commit (node v10.13.0)

> workgroup-scripts@ add-generated /media/ground-zero/workspace/git-repos/teamopen/workgroups/scripts

fatal: not a git repository: '.git'
Manually running npm run add-generated comes back fine though.
