Hear Rate with 1s Time resolution? #246

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I try to get the heart rate from MonitoringDb, I get heart rate timestamps separated by >10 s. However when I login my Garmin connect app, I see the charts have 1s resolution

If we can change a parameter on config.json to capture higher time resolution that would be great
