tap.vocoder~ broken

it needs to be re-written -- relies on the obsolete tap.avg~ object.

It also depends on tap.typecheck~. Could tap.avgsimply be substituted for average? That would keep it in the audio domain throughout with no need for converting to max rate and back to MSP.

Are there any built-in alternatives to typecheck~ in Max these days?

When I originally created it there was no average~ object. The typeroute~ object is standard now. I can't remember what version I added it.
