Tailscale Services support

Is there a way for this to work with Tailscale Services and advertise the service? I'd like to have some redundancy on the service so that people can rely on it.

Hi, right now tclip doesn't have a way to do this or any form of HA (the db would need to somehow be replicated too, to allow for multiple instances), but I'm happy to consider this as a feature request and review any related PRs.
