let g:quickhl_manual_enable_at_startup=1 does not work

Hi , I tried using this setting it does not work , even though I can get the same function with au.

Please describe about the issue where you are saying 'it doesn't work'.

When you configure following setting in your .vimrc

let g:quickhl_manual_enable_at_startup = 1
let g:quickhl_manual_keywords          = [ "finish" ]

and open the file like bellow(containing 'finish' word).

foo
bar
finish

The word finish will be highlighted, that's expected result.
What happens when you do this in your environment?
