potlatch3 air not runnig on Arch Linux

I tried to run potlatch3 air on Arch Linux but I get error.

I installed adobe-air-sdk by wiki and extract the air file to /opt/airapps/potlatch3/ but when I running the command:
/opt/adobe-air-sdk/bin/adl /opt/airapps/potlatch3/META-INF/AIR/application.xml /opt/airapps/potlatch3/
I get error:
invalid application descriptor: Unknown namespace: http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/24.0

What the problem?
