Design review notes for v2.2.0 (v60)

Design review feedback from Aldert on iOS v2.2.0 (build 185):

• Pull to refresh: executes the standard pull to refresh behavior but without any visual indicator
• Recent transactions: most recent txs seem to be limited to 3 rows still, not utilizing excess vertical space
• Tab selected state: selected state of tabs should be white underline in Shops as well (throughout entire app)
• Send flow: 'Show details' button is visually slightly different from design and jumps location

None of these are blockers for the 2.2.0 release.
