for a document not able to use edit feature , detect edit or download the document in edit screen

Current Behavior

these feature like zoom , size , till editing control not working

Expected Behavior

able to use all the features and also able to detect changes as well able to download

Steps to Reproduce

1. open document in edit screen
2. make some changes , it wont enable to save button
3. won't be able to use edit feature
4. also not able to use download feature
5. this is happening for a particular document not for all

Hi , Just an observation from my end , the table of contents is causing this issue .
and the table of content is having a box element outside or TOC is in a element i feel .
will provide more details as i try certain things

@Narender-k-yadav Yes, I can confirm it will be fixed in V1. Here is a video of the expected behavior on our QA test site: https://cdn.zappy.app/6146b97c49328ceab976372cb48d29ba.mp4 V1 will be launched on Monday 12/15! I will update this ticket as done once that V1 is live.
