[Request] Filter on all Terms with term matching per-row (not per-cell)

Thanks to share your work !
I like the two examples "Filter on Any Term" and "Filter on All Terms", very useful !

I would like to know if there is a way to filter with terms per-row ?
For example if you search "James,one-partial" it should display only one line / one row :

20 | James Abram Garfield | one-partial | 1881
