Running lua require'dap'.continue() and selecting 2 or 3 in an *_spec.rb file results in this error.
Wondering what I'm doing incorrectly...

I'm not sure, but could you check to set breakpoint?

If you don't set breakpoint, then ruby debugger runs completely *_spec.rb and terminated normally.tr

After ruby debugger terminated, nvim try to connect 127.0.0.1:38698. and got Couldn't connect to 127.0.0.1:38698: ECONNREFUSED

This error occurs with breakpoint set. It doesn't seem to get to the breakpoint, although I'm not sure.
It seems to run something, and then output rdbg exited with code 1

Same here! It's completely unusable

Seems like the nvim-dap breakpoint functionality isn't working.
Was able to work around this by adding

require 'debug'
binding.b

in code where I want to break and by increasing the wait time.

require 'debug'
binding.b

also worked for me. I did not have to increase the wait time.

Before adding this I would get the ECONNREFUSED
