Drop .yarnrc from distributed files #658

Ref polished version: 4.3.1
We have some issues with a third party tool, which is confused with the .yarnrc, which references a (in the distribution) not existing file .yarn/releases/yarn-1.22.5.cjs. Do you mind to exclude the .yarnrc from your distributed files?
