Why Base64 for the Screenshots?

Just curious why are you saving the screenshots as base64 txt files and not as .png files?

At the time I wanted to leave the image data in a format you could convert into any image type. I have an update that does save to .png but I'm waiting to convert the project to ASP.NET Core 2. The Selenium library will be updated as well.
