Hitting Zero result,while using filter timestamp function on Literal values.

Hi,
Am trying to use filter timestamp function on a stream of data, while doing so am getting zero result.
This happnes only when the object is literal value.
Is this a know bug? If so do we have any timeline when it will be get fixed.?
