Support for Tron Base58 "Bytes format display"

We implemented it to convert Bytes => String into Clickhouse

It would be nice to have that option when setting network:tron in substreams.yaml

Format display defaults right now to EVM format

@DenisCarriere you can press F in the substreams gui to change the bytes format display, Base58 is one of them, isn't this sufficient ?
