Add timestamp to the received telegrams

Context

Currently the telegrams are received and stored without timing information. For analysis in which period the are sent and to replay the telegrams in real time, a timestamp is necessary.
Therefor some kind of timing information shall be added to the telegram when it is received. This can either be a full timestamp or just a milliseconds counter starting with the application start.

Work packages

Probably it makes sense to split the packages into sub issues, so changes can be reviewed easier.

1. Introduce timing information on reception of a telegram
2. Extend storing of data to log file, so the timing information is also available later
3. Extend replay, so the timing information is used for sending
4. For the grouped view, implement showing the time difference to the last telegram of the same type
5. For timed view, show the offset to the previous received telegram, regardless of the type
