[Bug]: Beaconcha.in Metrics Exporter not shown in Config Service List when installed via Notification Modal

Bug Description

After installing the beaconcha.in metrics exporter via the notification modal (choosing a connection with a Prysm Validator client and clicking apply) it is not shown in the config services or server services

To fix this we should add them to the config services
