- Display security messages prominently within the Stereum Launcher UI.

- Ensure messages are dismissible by the user while allowing reappearance if still relevant.
- Provide an option to retrieve security messages dynamically from Stereum.com
- Implement logging for message displays and user interactions with security messages.
- Ensure messages do not interfere with normal usage but remain visible until acknowledged.
