[Feature]: Add a quit command

Problem Description

Currently, when the script is running, it might be hard to stop.

Proposed Solution

Add a shortcut (q) or make it listen to ctrl+c correctly

It keeps running when pressing ctrl+C, and just continues on the next line...

Unless of course, the problem is with the no user currently logged in error.. which i do not quite understand...

ah.. the no user logged in error was a problem on my machine..
i had gnubin in my $PATH somewhere.. which killed the user detection
export PATH="/opt/homebrew/opt/coreutils/libexec/gnubin:$PATH"

so then stat -f%Su /dev/console fails.

and only then the entire script fails to exit normally...

so feel free to close this feature request, or turn it into a bugreport to make the user-detection more idiot-proof :D
