vcfCooker; gotocloud install error, ubuntu 20.04

Hi, I was trying to use vcfCooker but it seems that gotocloud need to be installed. I tried but getting the following error: It seems I have gotocloud executable but test failed and no vcfCooker executable was created. Any help?

Try removing -Werror from the this line:

gotcloud/src/libStatGen/general/Makefile
