Update documentation on the wiki

For reference, I've listed all gotcloud-related pages at http://genome.sph.umich.edu/wiki/Talk:GotCloud.

• The wiki contains some out-of-date information, which should be labeled more clearly.
• The main page should direct new users to installation instructions and then a tutorial more quickly.
  • For installation, we should recommend an approach. Do we suggest using the .deb or downloading a release from github? Is it .deb for admins, and github for non-admins?
    • Do we need to remove references to ftp://share.sph.umich.edu/gotcloud/? Or bring it up to date?
  • Can we replace all testing information with gotcloud test? It doesn't support --batch. Does it need to support batches before we can recommend it exclusively?
• We don't have much information on gotcloud indel.
