Dictionary fieldtype now escapes labels

Bug description

In v6, this might be a bug or an undocumented breaking change. I haven't source dived.

When creating a custom dictionary, the getItemLabel contents are now escaped somewhere down the line, disabling the ability to provide custom HTML/SVG.

How to reproduce

Feel free to try with this dictionary in v6:
