Add provisions for flashing wavetables to hardware modules, size limiting

For META and SYNC in particular, its very easy to exceed the available flash memory with the tables in the wavetable set. The editor needs some provision to disallow table sets beyond a certain specified size.

Once we have this, it won't be too hard to find the flash address for DFU transfer of resource binary and add that to the editor info dictionary in main_window.py
