gpu powervr tar.gz bins are corruptted with ssh downloaded

the submodule soft_3rdpart was cloned with ssh way. Howver building process was break down due to wrong hash authtication. I found the thress gpu powervr bins under soft_3rdpart/IMG_GPU directory are corruptted. And I have downloaded three bins directly from the respository， Its sha256 hash value is consistent with buildroot/package/starfive/img-gpu-powervr/img-powervr.hash
