It seems to be related to a new "feature" GitHub rolled out at some point this year, which caused a bunch of other projects similar problems (e.g.: atteneder/glTFast#771).

Anyone at starfive-tech owners of this handle are reading this. please help out the community, its a blocker to move forward with using new kernels etc. If the repo is unmaintained, please mark it so.

I was able to run a build successfully today - khem recently merged a temporary change to the meta-riscv layer. Can you pull the latest changes and try again?

I don't know how this is possible, since GitHub's new LFS file size limitations require the user to pay for an increased budget when files are over 100MB in size.

You can fork it and download the LFS files independently, but you will not be able to pull from the repo, or push back.
