Secrets redaction message rendering wrong

In v0.1.16, the secrets redaction message returned by CodeGate isn't displayed right. It's surrounded by tags and the link is not rendered.

This seems to be fixed in latest versions:

Yes, it's rendering properly for me now too, tried in both chat and edit modes and with both GPT-4o and Claude 3.5.
