An error occurred when the compiled jar analyzed the APK file

I compiled the APER-1.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar file according to the requirements of the readme.md file. When I use this jar package to analyze the following two apk files, there are errors and stuck. Maybe there is a bug in the readme.md file or in the source code? The compressed package is the APK file that caused the analysis error.
