Restore version command result as in v3 #1286
Description
In v3, the version command was showing build / git information in addition to Spring Shell version, but this is not the case anymore in v4. I think this is a regression of the removal of the template engine (ST4) from the core module.
This issue is to restore these details (with related configuration properties) in v4 as it was in v3.
