Split ecosystem for ease of access

Split into modular arch specific crates. `micro` now serves as the external interface for traits and common usage, with each implementation being isolated from the others.

Current split: `micro` and `micro-stm32`.

Projected: `micro-nordic`, `micro-nxp`, `micro-microchip`. On hold for now until release 0.1 on crates.io
