iOS support

Hello,
Maybe this is not a valid place as this is not an issue but I was not able to find any email to the author of that library.

I need a library to set GPS data for images for Flutter. At first, I thought that I will need to write Flutter plugin on my own but then I found your plugin. This is perfect, but still, there is no support for iOS.

I would like to help implement iOS part but I cannot find any contact for you to discuss details.
Could you please provide me some details why iOS part was not implemented (is there any catch?)? If you would rather like to contact by email you've got email on my github profile page.

Hello @mukhikaran ,

Sorry for the late answer. iOS support has not been added because i don't have access to an iPhone/Mac. I don't think it should be too difficult to add support for iOS. However, you may have to change the public API of the plugin slightly to have a unified api for both iOS and Android. The current implementation of the plugin has an API that is basically a copy of the Android ExifInterface and this API may not be suitable for iOS.

@PhoenixPhighter no I still don't have an iOS device, so I haven't been able to implement it yet. I'm not an iOS developer so i'm not sure what the best approach is, but maybe these links can help you:

Another approach could be to use dart:ffi. Maybe https://github.com/libexif/libexif or something similar could be used. I did an experiment with rust a while a go, but at that time there was no rust library that supported writing exif data. Maybe that have changed now. If we use ffi it could enable us to potentially support exif on all the platforms flutter supports.
