Receiving requests for addighn billing infiormation #1
Description
Dear GitHub, I continuous am receiving emails regarding adding billing information for our account. Firstly I never ordered the accou8nt to be created, but I suspect it is in relation to our Microsoft Visual Studio Licenses, but I am unaware and as a European Commission Agency we are unable to add such information due to our procurement regulations that we must follow. Please help me understand why these message are being received.
