RangeError: Incorrect locale information provided when running "pnpm create solana-program"

I'm guessing this is something to do with the environment I'm running it in, but I haven't debugged yet

Immediately after the "Create Solana Program" banner, it prints "RangeError: Incorrect locale information provided" before requesting any input 

```shell
$ pnpm create solana-program

Create Solana Program

RangeError: Incorrect locale information provided

```
