Update documentation to enable auto-generation of API Reference

This task consist of several steps:
- Setup docusaurus typedoc plugin and setup it to the library
- Add missing typedoc comments to TypeScript code (almost everywhere, since now coverage is poor)
- Remove written manually API references and point to the correct links auto-generated by docusaurus
- Make sure that links pointing to the documentation will work with versioning of the docs
