Describe the issue

Not able to login by using my CC associated email and password. Integration prompts with unknown error occurred message.

Any chance to uodate this integration? I would love to have my aquarea heat pump access throug HA.

Go to Play Store on android and update the app. Open updated app and agree Terms and all other questions. Reload integration. Working.

No Update in Applestore. Terms and Conditions are accepted. No new Terms are aviable.

Still not able to log in. I am able to sutup integration but then when trying to add a hub still when providing email and password it fails.

@plachta1986-art @skipperkm not working for me either even after accepting Terms and Conditions on iOS device. In logs I can found:

aio_panasonic_comfort_cloud.exceptions.ResponseError: (get_groups: Expected status code 200, received: 401: {"code":4103, "message": "Terms and/or Policies have been updated"}

After logging on android device and accepted Terms and Conditions integration back to work. Probably iOS app is waiting for a update.

Confirming I also had to delete and reinstall the app in iOS, accept terms and conditions. Working now.

Had the same problem here this morning. The HACS module wasnt able to login to my Panasonic Comfort Cloud app.

Fixed it via the same method others here described. On my iOS device:

• delete the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app
• Reinstall the app and then sign-in to my Comfort Cloud account.
• Accept a few T+Cs etc

Then, in HAOS:

• reconfigured the Panasonic Custom Cloud integration (reconfigure, NOT reload)
• Keyed in the username and password.

Returned to a working state after this. Great success.

For the record, the Panasonic apps and interface are garbage. They look awful and amateurish.

Confirming that this works for me. I checked Play store and saw the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app has an update. So I installed that, accepted the new terms and conditions, then logged into my panasonic integration in HA. This time with no errors.
