Image Styling / CSS -- Common Patterns

The original manual uses manually made images to place things in a side-by-side or a stacked fashion..

• .image-side-by-side so that multiple individual images can appear in the same row.
• .image-stacked which allows us to put a stack of images together

This will allow us to use more smart script pics in the future.
We will need to figure out how Quarto's final markup looks and if there's any adaptations for the latex version
