FYI: Next-gen Kaldi + Silero VAD + Whisper for generating subtitles

It uses Next-gen Kaldi with Silero VAD and Whisper to generate subtitles for videos.

You can find a test video and the generated subtitle file at

Note that it supports Linux (x86_64, arm arm64), macOS (x86_64, arm64), and Windows (Win32, x64).
