Legacy Smartsheet Backup Tool Failing – Any Alternatives? #46

Hi everyone,
I am looking for some help with a Smartsheet backup issue. I have been using the old smartsheet-org-backup.jar tool to back up our data, but recently it started throwing a 403 Forbidden error with the message: “The operation you are attempting to perform is not supported by your plan.” Smartsheet Support confirmed that this tool has not been updated since 2020 and is no longer supported. They suggested switching to SmartBackup for Smartsheet, but I would love to hear from others in the community. Has anyone successfully transitioned to SmartBackup or found other reliable backup solutions? How are you handling full workspace backups now? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
