Rate Limit Exceeded

I am very new to Java, with some HTML experience.

I am using smartsheet-org-backup 1.6.2 to back up my organizations smartsheets. It appears that I am querying too many times per second, which is generating errors, resulting in the backup not running. {Error code 4003} I have attached my latest log.

Are there any changes I can make to the .properties file to slow the program down so the errors don't happen? Is that even the correct approach?

Any help I can get to make this work is greatly appreciated.
