Create a way to make notification inactive/used when a user clicks on it on the frontend

Thoughts

• Would be cool to be able to keep track of notifications after the user clicks on them
• Have some kind of way to differentiate ACTIVE/NEW and INACTIVE/OLD notifications

Thoughts on this???
